1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BRIGHT Educare (“Institute”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at E-78, Koelnagar, Rourkela, Odisha – 769014. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as a student, parent, legal guardian, or website visitor) and BRIGHT Educare.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for admission, or enrolling in any of our foundation, board, JEE, NEET, or dropper coaching programmes, you expressly acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Communication & Personal Data Consent

We believe in transparent, timely, and supportive academic and institutional communication. By engaging with our platform and services, you provide explicit consent to the communication terms outlined below:

Essential service-related communications include, but are not limited to: batch schedule alterations, exam and test series dates, student attendance notifications, critical performance reports, doubt-clearing session reminders, fee receipts, and safety updates.

3. Academic Programs & Admission Guidelines

BRIGHT Educare offers structured educational coaching for:

• CBSE and ICSE School Board Coaching (Classes 6 to 10)
• Class 11 & 12 Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology)
• JEE Main & JEE Advanced Preparation
• NEET-UG Medical Entrance Preparation
• Targeted JEE & NEET Dropper / Repeater Programmes

Admissions are granted based on seat availability, academic eligibility, and evaluation criteria established by the institute administration. We reserve the right to verify student educational credentials and admission eligibility prior to finalizing enrollment.

4. Fee Policy, Payments & Scholarships

Course tuition fees, payment schedules (lump sum or installment plans), and registration charges will be communicated in writing upon counseling and admission. All fees must be remitted through authorized institute payment channels.

• Fee Timelines: Installment deadlines must be adhered to strictly. Delayed payments may attract nominal administrative charges.
• Scholarships: Merit and need-based fee concessions awarded through the BRIGHT Scholarship Test or past academic performance are non-transferable and contingent upon maintaining satisfactory attendance and academic test performance.
• Refunds & Withdrawals: Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition refund requests following admission withdrawal are processed strictly as per the institute’s documented refund timeline guidelines.

5. Student Discipline, Attendance & Conduct

Maintaining a focused, disciplined, and respectful learning environment is fundamental to student success at BRIGHT Educare:

• Attendance: A minimum of 85% attendance across lectures and scheduled mock assessments is required for optimal performance tracking.
• Code of Conduct: Students must maintain decorum, respect fellow aspirants and faculty members, and follow classroom instructions.
• Prohibited Actions: Cheating during assessments, ragging, vandalism of institute property, and disruptive classroom behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or expulsion without refund.

6. Hostel & Study Facilities (Outstation Students)

For outstation students utilizing assisted hostel and residential accommodation in Rourkela:

• Hostel residents must adhere to prescribed study hours, curfew timings, and visitor regulations.
• Proper care of hostel amenities, study desks, and dining facilities is mandatory.
• Safety inspections and biometric / register attendance are enforced for student welfare.

7. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

All curriculum modules, printed notes, test series papers, question banks, digital classroom solutions, and website content provided by BRIGHT Educare represent the proprietary intellectual property of the institute. No student, parent, or third party is permitted to reproduce, photocopy, resell, digitize, or publicly distribute our study materials without explicit prior written authorization.

8. Opt-Out & Communication Preferences

We respect your privacy and communication preferences. As stated in Section 2, you may opt out of receiving promotional SMS, marketing calls, or promotional RCS messages at any time by:

Please note that administrative and emergency notifications concerning student safety, critical class cancellations, and attendance alerts cannot be opted out of, as they are integral to our service delivery.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or coaching services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rourkela / Sundargarh District, Odisha.
